Shun
Stotts is an independent Educational Consultant for public and private
school and other organizations. She is also the author of When I
Learn to Read, which is a motivational book for struggling readers
and the Director of Read With Ease Reading Center. Her professional
career as a corporate trainer for seven years afforded her the opportunity
to design, implement and facilitate numerous professional development
classes for many corporations. She has attended courses and workshops
focusing on learning and has obtained certifications from Orton - Gillingham
Methodologies and the Reading From Scratch Program. With an educational
background in Human Resource Management matched with her passion for
presenting learning in a fun way, Mrs. Stotts is just the energized
and engaging facilitator your company has been seeking. |

She
is an active member of the International Reading Association and is
a workshop presenter for the Mississippi Reading Association. She currently
conducts summer reading Camps and Reading Workshops for struggling readers
throughout Memphis and surrounding areas. Being the parent of a struggling
reader, she understands the challenges and feelings of helplessness
parents of struggling readers face. She also understands that establishing
a consistent reading routine and partnering with the school system are
key factors in the success of children. |
